For example, choosing $50 here enables you to get any combo of cards that total $50, such as $30 Target + $20 Amazon.

Receive Reward Link email

Receive email from “American Greetings Rose Points Awards" at [email protected].

Allow 24 hours for delivery, and check your spam/ junk/ clutter folders.

Visit Reward Link Portal

Click redemption link URL in email to open Reward Link portal.

Browse eCards, review special conditions, then choose one or more cards, entering $ value for each selected card.

Receive E-Card codes email

Receive emailed eCard code(s), also from “American Greetings Rose Points Awards” at [email protected].

Use codes online or in stores (where applicable), as per the redemption details in the email message.

Can I Use E-Gift Cards In-Store?

Absolutely! Most electronic retail gift cards offered can be used in-store by simply printing out the e-gift card and presenting it to the cashier. However, some retailers have special instructions for in-store use. Be sure to double-check how your retailer wants you to use your gift card in store before you go to the store.

Do I have to redeem the entire value I choose here at one time?

No. Save your email or the URL and return via the redemption link. Your value will be waiting to be spent. This allows you to store the balance to redeem at another time.

For example, if you order a $50 eCard here, you can redeem $5 to one merchant eCard, $20 to another merchant eCard, and save the remaining $25 value for the future.

Does my eCard value expire over time?

The unused Reward Link value never expires, however the value of your selected merchant eCard may be subject to a time limitation. Please review all terms associated with any merchant’s eCard prior to selecting it.

Can I Redeem for Cash?

No. You can choose one of many gift card or non-profit donation options, or you can send your balance to someone else as a gift.

Can I Combine Two Reward Links?

No, you need to spend your Reward Link value independently.

Can I Cancel an Order or Return an E-Gift Card?

Once an order is fulfilled it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for a different retail gift card. Please ensure that your order is correct and the recipient email address is accurate before placing your order.

I didn’t receive an email with the redemption link.

Most emails are delivered within moments of placing your order on this site. Shortly after submitting your order, you will receive one emailed order confirmation with sender address of [email protected], and a separate email containing the Reward Link from “American Greetings Rose Points Awards” with sender address of [email protected].

Please be sure to check your spam/junk/clutter folders.

If the email has not arrived within 24 hours, contact customer support at at Tango Card, 1-877-55-TANGO (82646) or [email protected].

What if I Have a Problem with an E-Gift Card After I Receive it?

Once you receive an e-gift card, the merchant provides customer support directly to you, just like any gift card. You can find contact information in the email containing your gift card. We will work to assist as much as we can. However, once you have received the e-gift card, it is best to start with the merchant’s customer support team. Some retailers have special instructions.

  • Reward Link is managed by Tango Card, Inc. Reward Links expire on the date stated on the Reward and are valid within the USA only.
  • Your Reward Link balance may be redeemed for national gift cards and can be accessed at any time by clicking the Reward Link URL.
  • Reward can only be redeemed by the Reward Recipient; Reward cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
  • All redemptions are final.
