Rose Points, is a merit program that allows Field Managers & District Managers to acknowledge and reward exceptional effort by the American Greetings Merchandisers, Training Revision Specialists and Crew Members . Rose Points will be presented to these part time associates to reward and recognize outstanding performance. Associates redeem Rose Points for merchandise or gift cards listed on this website. Rose Points may be saved from one year to the next, to redeem at a higher reward level.
Rose Points are also rewarded for the celebration of milestone anniversaries.
Should a part time associate choose to voluntarily leave American Greetings or be terminated they have 30 days from the termination date to redeem their Rose Point balance should they have one.
Rose Point accounts are updated weekly. If you have been newly hired and are unable to log in please wait 7 business days after start date.
All personal data collected is stored securely, and never shared with 3rd parties (except where necessary to deliver goods/services and eCards).
